STEP 2: DESIGN DISCUSSION

Understanding the distinctive requirements, tastes, and wishes of our clients is paramount to ensuring alignment. We commence with an introductory discussion to grasp your unique needs and your planned investment in the project. Explore our bathroom showroom and diverse client projects to witness how our designers can transform your bathroom visions into reality. The design consultation is a complimentary offering. Following this, we request a small commitment of £150.00 to initiate the design process.

STEP 3: CUSTOMIZED DESIGN APPROACH

Next, one of our skilled designers will visit your home, carefully measuring the space and evaluating potential design limitations. We'll have an in-depth discussion about your preferences and delve into your vision for the space. We're eager to know where your bathroom inspirations come from be it magazine clippings, Pinterest boards, or Instagram saves all these insights help us grasp your ideal bathroom. If the space is in the planning stage, worry not! We are more than happy to collaborate based on your architect's plans. Our design visits encompass bathrooms in the Lake District and nearby areas. For locations further afield, while we can still conduct a home design visit, there may be additional travel and time considerations. Following your home design visit, our specialized designers will utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to craft a preliminary design that blends your brief with your room's dimensions. After a turnaround period of two to three weeks, we'll invite you back to the showroom for a presentation of the finalized design.

STEP 4: PRESENTATION OF YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN

In our showroom, we'll revisit your initial brief and provide an in-depth explanation of our design choices and adjustments based on the available space. Your input is invaluable we invite you to share your thoughts and propose design modifications to ensure the design is not only practical but also in harmony with your vision. Additionally, we'll present a detailed quotation alongside the design, offering an initial cost estimate.

STEP 5: PROJECT APPROVAL AND CUSTOMIZATION

If any alterations are needed, we'll adjust your quotation and designs accordingly. Upon your approval of the quotation and design, we'll request a 50% deposit to secure your order (excluding the design fee). If you require installation, we have strong partnerships with expert bathroom installers and can recommend a suitable professional for the job. Have a preferred installer in mind? Not an issue, we can seamlessly coordinate with them. Upon receipt of your 50% deposit, we'll provide you with a comprehensive design package, including CAD drawings with measurements, plans, elevations, and product specifications.

STEP 6: PRODUCT ACQUISITION & DELIVERY

At this point, we'll request the remaining balance and initiate the delivery of your chosen bathroom products. We pride ourselves on exceptional after-sales service and stand ready to assist with any queries long after you've received your dream bathroom products.
