How does it work?
A step-by-step guide, you’re in the safest hands with RR Stone.
Step 1: Selecting your surface
The first step towards your dream is to select your preferred material, colour and finish. We will advise you and guide you on your choice based on the look you want to create, coupled with your lifestyle needs, to ensure you get a valuable addition to your home, that suits the way you and your family live.
You can do this one of two ways...
Step 2: Initial Measurements
One of our stone specialists will help you work out the correct measurements for your product which will enable us to get a quote over to you so you know exactly how much your worktop will cost.
STEP 3: Quote Acceptance
Once you are happy with your quote, we will send out one of our skilled stone masons to measure and template your area to exact mm, which will be played back to you, and once agreed, this template will be used to manufacture your product ensuring it fits like a glove.
STEP 4: Final Template Approval, Deposit Paid & Into Production
Once we have checked your order one last time and the template is approved, your chosen material goes into our state-of-the-art stone fabrication facility and is manufactured using innovative cutting machines, to ensure your stone is produced to the highest and most exacting standards in the industry.
STEP 5: Installation
We are able to provide an installation service through our manufacturer-accredited installers, fully trained in our product ranges. All meet our installation standards, to give you peace of mind when making your dream a reality. Alternatively, if you have your own installation company or tradesmen in mind, this is not a problem and we will liaise with them to ensure delivery and installation deadlines are met.
