We know that choosing a new bathroom can be a daunting process, so we will guide you through every step to make it an enjoyable process. We listen to your needs and work with you to create a unique bathroom that suits your requirements, as well as your style. We have just reached our 20 year anniversary and our experience, combined with our passion for designing exquisite bathrooms means you will be in safe hands. Our roots are in natural stone and with our onsite workshops, our stonemasons can produce bespoke products that you won’t find anywhere else!

STEP 1: GETTING STARTED

Identifying your key requirements, style, and preferences is vital to creating a bathroom that works for you. We begin with an initial consultation to discuss your ideas, understand your needs, and explore how we can enhance your vision. If you’d like a full design service with detailed drawings and visuals, a small design fee applies per bathroom, which is refunded if you go ahead with your order. We can also arrange a site visit to take accurate measurements and get a feel for the space.

STEP 2: BRINGING IDEAS TO LIFE

Once we’ve gathered your brief and measurements, we’ll prepare your design and invite you to see it take shape. We’ll walk you through the layout, discuss finishes, and present a quotation based on the design, helping you visualise your finished bathroom.

STEP 3: FINE TUNING

We’re happy to make adjustments during your consultation to ensure everything feels right. If additional changes or redraws are required after this stage, a small charge may apply for extra revisions.

STEP 4: MAKING IT YOURS

When you’re happy with the design, we’ll take a deposit and provide a complete design package, including final documents, product specifications, and rendered visuals so you can see exactly how your finished space will look.
