RR Stone Maintenance Cleaner

Maintenance Cleaner is a non abrasive, neutral cleaner. The design of the products means that it is able to clean stone without causing damage. Suitable for everyday use diluted in a mop bucket, or used neat to clean off stubborn marks.

Will remove simple stone impregnators, light oils, grease, some waxes, emulsion polishes and some simple paints as well as general dirt and soiling. Should be used to prepare soiled surfaces for application of RR Stone sealants and other surface treatments, whenever such contamination is present or suspected. Maintenance Cleaner is perfect for routine cleaning of lightly soiled, oiled or greasy floors, surfaces or equipment.

This product will remove fresh cement and grout deposits but not cured residues.

Application

Firstly, remove all loose dust and debris and ensure the surface is dry.
Then, remove oil, grease etc. and apply product neat to the surface needing treatment using a soft brush, roller, spray etc.
Allow to dwell on the surface until soiling is loosened. If necessary, agitate with wire wool/stiff brush and allow to dwell for further period. Do not add water.
After approx 15-30 minutes, rinse off with cold water and extract with wet vacuum or squeegee.
Rinse and vacuum – repeat if necessary.
Allow surface to dry.

For routine cleaning, use at a dilution of 1:5 to 1:200 (depending on the degree of soiling) in hot water. Mop up and rinse with clean water.
When dry, polish off smooth surfaces with a dry cloth to avoid ‘water drying’ marks.

Health and Safety

Keep away from children.
Do not swallow.
Avoid contact with skin or eyes – use rubber gloves, goggles etc.
If swallowed, give milk or cream and seek medical attention – do not induce vomiting.
