The ultimate in stone impregnators. Ultima Seal is a breathable, impregnating seal for natural stone and wood. It repels dirt, makes maintenance and cleaning much easier and impedes the formation of moulds and algae. It is easy to apply and does not change the appearance and surface texture. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Inhibits damage due to efflorescence, salt staining and freezing.

Protects against freeze thaw damage and salt attack.
Controls mildew and algae growth.

Surfaces requiring treatment should be clean and dry. If the surface has been treated with any other product, this must be removed. Contact for advice. Most stones will require at least two applications.
