Ultraplan Renovation Screed is a fibre reinforced self levelling compound. For use in the refurbishment of existing floors in both commercial and domestic applications. Application can be via hand or pump.

Use for interior levelling, smoothing and removing differences in thickness from 2 to 30mm. Suitable for existing concrete, screeds, stone, terrazzo and ceramic tiles, old and new timber floors, floor boards etc.

Suitable where good resistance to loads is necessary. Also for wheelchair traffic and underfloor heating systems.

The substrate should be solid, free of dust or particles, paint, oil. Also must be free from any other substances that might compromise the bond.
